Airport transfers. We run a shuttle and can meet you at arrivals — send us your flight number when you book and someone will be there with your name. If you are driving, parking is free, private and on site.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm; check-out between 10:00 am and 11:00 am. If your flight lands awkwardly, tell us in advance and we will do what we can with luggage storage.
Is breakfast included?
Yes — a continental breakfast is served every morning and is included in most rates. Guests tend to single it out as unusually generous for a hotel this size.
How far is the beach?
Kendwa Beach is 650 metres away, about eight minutes on foot down the lane. We also have a private beach area. If you would rather not walk, we can arrange transport.
Is there a restaurant?
Not a full à la carte restaurant. Breakfast is served daily under the thatch, there is a bar and a pool bar, and the kitchen offers room service — you can order food and eat it at your table or in your room. Several good beach restaurants are within a ten-minute walk.
Can you collect us from the airport?
Yes. We run an airport shuttle — send your flight number when you book. The drive from Abeid Amani Karume International Airport takes roughly an hour and a quarter.
Is there a swimming pool?
There is an outdoor pool in the courtyard, with loungers, a garden around it and a pool bar alongside.
How do we pay?
Cash is accepted at the property. Rates booked online are usually prepaid — check the conditions attached to the rate you choose, as cancellation and prepayment terms vary by option.
Are children welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome. Please note that children aged three and over are charged as adults, and that we cannot provide cots or extra beds — so do include everyone in your group when you search for rooms.
Can we bring a pet?
We are sorry — pets are not allowed.
Do you host parties or events?
No. Parties and events are not permitted, and we do not accommodate stag or hen groups. The quiet is rather the point of staying here.
Is there parking and WiFi?
Both, and both free. Parking is private and on site; the WiFi covers the whole property and our guests rate it 10 out of 10.
